MALONE PROCUT 210, 240 & 280 MOWERS

These Malone Procut mowers are available in three different cutting widths. The heavy duty galvanised frame ensures the long life of the mower and the multi banded belt prevents slipping and means that constant power is transmitted to the heavy duty cutter bar.

The design of the lift arm brackets on the headstock allow a single operator to mount the mower onto the tractor quickly and easily without assistance.

MALONE PROCUT 285 & 320 MOWERS

The Malone Procut 285 & 320 mowers feature quick fit blades, hydraulic folding suspension, swarth wheels, a folding cover for easy access to cutting bar, a mechanical lock for transport, friction clutch and overrun protection, 4mm cranked heavy duty blade and easy access to hitching of tractor to mower.

MALONE PROCUT 3000 MP MOWER

The Malone Procut 3000MP mower is built exclusively for the intended use in the agriculture sector for the cutting of common grass and cereal crops.

The cutting unit is hydraulically balanced using a hydraulic cylinder. The pressure exerted by the cutting unit on the ground can be easily adjusted by adjusting the oil pressure in the hydraulic cylinder by easily reading the oil pressure on the pressure gauge mounted on the mower headstock.

MALONE PROCUT 3000 CT / 2600 CT MOWER

This trailed mower from Malone Farm machinery is suitable for farmers and contractors.

With 25mm cutterbed gears, Comer gearbox and cutting bed, Kennfixx quick release hydraulic grips, LED lights and work light, heavy duty conditioner bearings and easy adjustment of cutting heights.

MALONE TEDDERS

The Malone Tedd-Air rotary tedder range enables the farmer and contractor to increase the dry-matter content in crops quickly by speeding up the drying process. By doing so, this influences the consistency and quality of the silage.

The Malone Tedd-Air range has a 'double hook-tine' design which enables the user to obtain more capacity while ensuring the forage remains free from soil contamination.

MALONE HYDRAULIC LOG SPLITTER

The Malone hydraulic log splitter, fuelled by tractor's hydraulic pump, has been designed to split even the toughest, most knotted firewood / timber.

This compact log splitter with a heavy duty frame has 3 point linkage for easy transport, 14 tonne hydraulic ram and a large ground plate for stable operation. For fully safe operation the user needs to use two hands to keep it running and prevent injuries.

MALONE POST DRIVER

Malone Farm Machinery's side-tilt post driver can quickly drive the biggest of strainers and gate posts in the toughest of ground conditions. It is engineered to eliminate ground digging and drilling. The frame is made of H-iron beam to provide strength, durability and a long working life.

Features include the heaviest hammer weight available on the market as standard at 350kgs, steel-wire rope, side tilt adjustment and hydraulic top-link.

MALONE TOPPER

Built for tractors from 30hp to 60hp, the Malone topper is ideal to tackle growth up to 30mm diameter. It is fitted with two heavy duty blades which are fixed to a single rotor on a direct drive from a centrally mounted gearbox.

Power is transmitted through a heavy duty P.T.O. shaft which is fitted with a shearbolt torque limiter, this protects the topper's transmission from overload. Cutting height adjustment is by two side-mounted, wide based skids.
